SYLVIA J. ROLINSKI is an attorney,  founding member of Rolinski Law Group, LLC, an international law firm, and represents many start-ups and large clients in civil litigation, corporate representation and business development in the US and internationally.  She litigates in U.S. state and federal trial and appellate courts on behalf of her U.S. and international clients and arbitrates international governmental and quasi-governmental international debt recovery. She has served as USAID lead counsel in international training on Mediation, Arbitration and Litigation relating to Kenya. Among other recognitions, she is the recipient of the national award- “No Nonsense American Woman of the Month” in recognition of her role as the first woman to serve as Chief of Staff to the President of the United Nations General Assembly.




ZAHARI J. TOMOV is an attorney specializing in International, European and Bulgarian litigation, business, contract, commercial and bankruptcy law relating to the European Union, Bulgaria and the United States. He also works on financial fraud and corruption prevention programs, and represents Bulgarian, EU and international business clients in civil and commercial law litigation. He deals with Bulgarian government, quasi-governmental and private international debt recovery, consults on UN acts of war compensation cases, and has advised clients on EU, Bulgarian and cross border business transactions.




DANIELLE SREMAC is a Strategic Communications and Multimedia consultant, author, and expert on US foreign policy toward the Balkans. She is the President of the Serbian Institute and for over two decades has been committed to working on projects that help advance democracy, rule of law and economic development in Serbia. in 2017, she ran as a candidate in Serbia’s presidential elections. She has appeared on hundreds of television and radio shows in the US and internationally including FoxNews, NBC, CBS, MSNBC, CNN, C-SPAN, BBC, NPR Radio and others, and was a guest speaker at think tanks and universities including Carnegie Endowment for Peace and CATO Institute.  www.daniellesremac.com
